MK Lions

At Meadfurlong School a total of 76 children attended and at Willen School a total of 52 children. Children were aged between 6 and 14 years
MK Dons in the Community

The Parish also funded ‘Milton Keynes Dons’ to run football coaching and ‘Milton Keynes Lions’ to run basketball coaching at Meadfurlong and Willen School. Basketball coaching ended in a Tournament at the Xscape on Saturday 9th September 2006. These courses were run once a week over five weeks and flyers advertising the training sessions were sent to all schools in each ward. Cllr Anne Creed who organised the activities said “it was a joy seeing all the children participate in the activities”
