128 children within the parish attended basketball coachingduring the 2007 summer.
At Meadfurlong School a total of 76 children attended and at Willen School a total of 52. Children were aged between 6 and 14 years.
Basketball coaching ended in a Tournament at the Xscape on Saturday 9th September 2006

Summer holidays 2007
Milton Keynes Dons’ ran football coaching at Meadfurlong and Willen School. . These courses were run once a week over five weeks and flyers advertising the training sessions were sent to all schools in each ward. Cllr Anne Creed who organised the activities said “it was a joy seeing all the children participate in the activities”

During the long school summer holidays Campbell Park Parish Council organised 6 fun days for young people of the parish. This Six Fun Days were a real hit with local youngsters. Campbell Park Parish Council employed the services of Milton Keynes Play Association and invited Thames Valley Police and Bucks Fire Brigade along. Each of the parish’s wards had a day of fun.
Entertainment included a bouncy castle, water slides, art & crafts, sports activities, face and henna painting. The children also enjoyed the chance to explore inside the police vehicles. Cllrs Michelle Dudhill and Anne Creed, expressed thanks to Coca-Cola for donating drinks, and to Meadfurlong, Orchards and Willen Combined schools for their continued support and use of facilities.
